Terms of Service

1. Platform License

CA OS Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform to manage your professional practice. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your firm's tenant account.

2. Subscription and Payments

The platform operates on an annual subscription model. Fees are billed in advance on an annual basis and are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify fees with at least 30 days' notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with the professional and ethical standards of your jurisdiction's accounting regulatory body.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data, client information, and documents uploaded to your tenant account. CA OS Hub makes no claim to your data and provides tools for you to export or delete it at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

CA OS Hub is provided "as is." We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
