Refund Policy

1. 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be absolutely certain that CA OS Hub is the right fit for your firm. Every new annual subscription comes with a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the platform for any reason within the first 15 days of payment, we will issue a full refund.

2. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Firm Dashboard settings. Once cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.

3. Refund Processing

Refund requests within the 15-day window should be sent to support@websapp.in. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

4. Post-Window Policy

After the 15-day guarantee period, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial use of the annual term.
