CA OS Hub provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for Chartered Accountants. This policy describes how we collect and process information when you use our platform. We are committed to ensuring that your practice and your clients' data remain secure and confidential.

2. Data Isolation (Multi-Tenancy)

The cornerstone of our architecture is strict data isolation. Each firm operates as a distinct tenant. Your client lists, invoices, and staff records are logically separated from every other firm on the platform. CA OS Hub personnel do not access tenant data unless specifically requested for support purposes.

3. Information We Collect

We collect primary contact details (name, email, firm name) for account management and billing. For client users, we store profile information as provided by the associated firm. We use Google Cloud Infrastructure for hosting, which adheres to global security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).

4. Data Processing and Hosting

All data is processed within Google Cloud regions optimized for performance. By using the service, you consent to the storage and processing of your firm's data within these environments. We do not sell or trade your data to third parties.

5. Your Rights

As a tenant, you have the right to download, modify, or permanently delete your data at any time. Our settings panel provides a "Danger Zone" specifically for total firm data erasure.
